HARZEL ORBITLABS

Harzel Orbit Labs / Methodology

Make the evidence visible.

These are the editorial standards for content we plan to publish. They are not a claim that testing or reviews have already been completed.

01 / Start with the decision

Define who a guide is for, what problem it addresses, and which criteria matter. Explain why each option is included and where the comparison is limited.

02 / Use traceable sources

Use primary sources such as official product documentation, pricing pages, and published specifications where available. Cite material sources and record when time-sensitive details were checked.

Separate a provider’s claims from independently supported findings. If reliable information is unavailable, say so.

03 / Describe the evaluation

Label desk research as desk research. Describe something as tested only when we have actually used or evaluated it, and explain the scope, conditions, and limitations of that work.

Do not imply access to a product, credentials, or experience we do not have.

04 / Explain the trade-offs

Discuss relevant limitations, costs, and alternatives alongside potential benefits. Avoid universal “best” claims; explain which needs and circumstances a conclusion applies to.

05 / Separate commercial relationships

Disclose affiliate relationships, sponsorships, and material benefits clearly where they are relevant. Compensation must not determine an editorial conclusion. See our affiliate disclosure.

06 / Correct and update

Show publication and substantive update dates on future articles. Revisit information when a material change is identified, and make meaningful corrections visible.
